Life does get stressful, and tough sometimes. Traumatic events, overwhelming constant stress, challenging situations, other peoples destructive behaviour, and so much more, can all heavily impact you, and leave you struggling to cope. Reaching out for help and working on yourself, is a really beneficial way to support your emotional wellbeing, and help you to get your life back on track.
I can offer you a safe, non judgemental space to talk about issues that are troubling you. Together we can work on understanding what you are experiencing, how and why it is impacting you, heal anything that needs healing, and find the root cause of any issues, negative beliefs, or unhelpful patterns of behaviour, you want to change, so you can free yourself from them.
I work with an integrative, solution focused approach, supporting you to find the root cause of your issues, rather than just helping you manage the symptoms, so you can achieve permanent lasting beneficial change.
Often the challenges we are facing in our present day are compounded by events from our past, that have subconsciously been re-triggered. So there may be elements of looking back to see how events that happened in your past could also be playing out for you in the present.
