Sessions & Rates
All sessions are offered either in person from my private practice, or online via zoom, so you can take them from the comfort of your own home.
I offer a free 20 minute, no obligation introductory call which you can do either either by zoom or on the telephone. Please leave me a message on my mobile, email, or via the contact me page on this website. I check my messages regularly and will respond as soon as I can.
Counselling & Coaching Sessions
Cost £55.00 per session.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes. Ideally they will take place weekly at an agreed time.
You don't have to commit to any specific number of sessions. You are free to stop anytime that feels right for you
Packaging
I can offer bespoke tailor made packages which will include a mix of counselling, coaching and RTT Hypnotherapy. If you feel this is something you would be interested in then please contact me to discuss this further.
